Adventures with Miley

Yes, it's been weeks since I updated this. Charlotte was wonderful. We loved being able to spend time with our family and just have a little time together as well. Being in Black Mountain and Asheville was wonderful. We got to venture into unique shops and eat at a few really different restaurants. The rain cut our day in Asheville short but we enjoyed just getting to explore the town for a little while.

It was weird being away from Miley for 10 days but she enjoyed staying with Taylor's mom while we were gone. I know that she messed a few plants up while she was there. But I know that she was excited to be back into her backyard and her little "space" again. So much so that look what she's be up to...

Yes, it's true... she started chewing on the baseboards in the kitchen. I caught her "in the act" twice and popped her little nose with a rolled up newspaper so she knew that she did something wrong. So far, she hasn't let it happen again. We'll see.

Then we have this.. the reason that I haven't posted these in the past few days like I've been hoping...

SHE CHEWED ON THE POWER SUPPLY TO MY MACBOOK!! So yes, there had to be a new one ordered on apple.com so that I would have my computer back and working while Taylor is out of town. I'm not really sure how she was able to get behind the chair were the power supply was or how she didn't really shock herself enough for us to know what was happening. I came back from running errands earlier this afternoon and the package was waiting for me at the door. Thank goodness. What would I do without being able to check Facebook and everyone's blogs for updates every couple of hours?!?!

Sweet Miley is just being a puppy... one that is about to be 5 months old.

Taylor is out of town again for the week. Then we leave next Wednesday for a few days in Seattle... I can't wait! Hopefully Miley will behave and be a sweet puppy while we have to leave her again.

She's acting like her namesake...out of control.
