jealous! i seriously want you to do a brief tutorial on one that you have done! like how much fabric do you start out with? do you smock across the whole top and then make the rest from there or is the part you smocked on a different piece of fabric from the rest of the dress?
...i have the smocking part figured out, i just dont know what to do now!!
